By accessing or using Authentic Mess Studios ("we," "us," or "our") and its associated tools, apps, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Authentic Mess Studios provides ADHD-friendly productivity and organizational tools, including but not limited to:

• Task breakdown and management tools
• Three-Pile System (HOT, WARM, COLD task triage)
• Crisis Restart Protocol
• Energy State Tracker
• Adulting Copilot
• Document Decoder

These tools are designed to help individuals with ADHD organize their tasks, manage their energy, and reduce overwhelm. The Platform is not a medical device, medical service, or healthcare application.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Free and Premium Features

Free Tools

Certain features of the Platform are available for free, including Task Breaker, Three-Pile System, and Crisis Restart Protocol. These tools can be used without creating an account.

Premium Features

Premium features, including Energy State Tracker, Adulting Copilot, and Document Decoder, require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled
• Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, functionality, content, and materials (excluding User Content), is owned by Authentic Mess Studios, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our express written permission. The "Human AF" book, Three-Pile System, and other methodologies are proprietary to Authentic Mess Studios.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Authentic Mess Studios, LLC and its affiliates assume no liability for:

• Any decisions made based on information tracked or displayed on the Platform
• Any reliance on the Platform for medical or healthcare decision-making
• Data loss, system failures, or service interruptions
• Any adverse outcomes related to use of the Platform
• Technical issues, user errors, or any other reasons affecting platform functionality

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authentic Mess Studios, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms

Authentic Mess Studios, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
