What It Is

An emergency support system with three observable "switches" (Task Paralysis, Emotional Dysregulation, Isolation Cascade). When switches flip, you get pre-written scripts, clear protocols, and shame-free guidance for asking for help when your executive function crashes.

What It's Not

Not a replacement for therapy or medical help. Not designed for active self-harm situations (if you're unsafe, call 988). Not a "just try harder" motivational tool. Not judgment about needing support—it's acknowledgment that ADHD brains sometimes crash.

Why It Works

Removes the cognitive load of figuring out "how bad is it?" Observable markers mean you don't need insight when your brain is offline.
