Three switches. You need a person, not a checklist.
Use the numbers above. Then come back to the steps below.
How are you doing right now?
Check anything that’s true. Be honest, nobody is reading this. Two checks in the same box tells the page which protocol you need.
ADHD overwhelm is neurological, not a personal failure. You aren’t weak for being here. You’re being smart about it.

What it is
An assessment and a set of escalating scripts, from the Emergency Restart chapter of Built For Chaos. You check the boxes that match what’s happening. It gives you the protocol that fits, and the crisis numbers stay on screen the entire time.
What it won’t do
This isn’t therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a crisis line or a clinician. It sends nothing anywhere and saves nothing. Close the tab and it’s gone.
Why it works
In a crash, executive function is the first thing offline, which means "figure out what to do" is exactly the wrong ask. Pre-written steps remove the decision. You only have to do the next line.
This tool is the Emergency Restart chapter of Built For Chaos.
The book is the whole system: ten chapters, 38 pages of worksheets, and the eleven crisis cards these tools were built from. Start free with the Starter Kit, or go straight to the full thing.
When you’re back on your feet
